We are hiring temporary staff for our popular PYO Pumpkin Picking event in October 2021
Help us to host a great family event on our farm this Autumn. We need help with the following roles - greeting our customers, working the pumpkin tills, cider shop, bar and general daily preparation and close-down duties around the site. The events do get busy and you will be expected to be flexible within these roles to cover staff breaks, busy times and generally what needs doing!. This would suit sixth-formers and beyond due to serving alcohol but other duties are available for under 18s. This is an outside event in October so you’ll need sensible footwear and warm clothing. You’ll need to be confident talking to and serving our customers and quick on your feet with maths when on the pumpkin tills.
Our opening times are below:
Saturday 16th October 10-4
Sunday 17th October 10-4
Friday 22nd October 12-4
Saturday 23rd October 10-4
Sunday 24th October 10-4
Tuesday 26th October 12-4
Wednesday 27th October 12-4
Thursday 28th October 12-4
Friday 29th October 12-4
Saturday 30th October 10-4

The apple pressing season is starting early in 2020! We want your apples!
The apples are ready early this year and we’ve already had lots of enquiries about bringing unwanted apples in to the farm. So the good news is that apple pressing starts on the farm on Monday 21st September - so we want your apples!
Bring your apples to the shop on the farm and you can take some free cider or apple juice home with you. Fill up one of our trugs and we'll swap it for a bottle of our 3 Point 9 cider. Up to a maximum of 12 bottles per household. 18+ only. Or we will swap two trugs for a 3L bag in box of our delicious apple juice - so that might be something to tempt any children to help with picking your apples.
This offer runs from 21st Septmber to 3rd October 2020 only and the shop is open Monday to Saturday 10am - 2pm.
Our shop is on Grange Farm, Farndish, Wellingborough, Northants NN29 7HJ
We'll see you soon!
